Thank you for visiting my website! Painting brings me such joy, and I hope viewing my art brings you some enjoyment also. I have always loved art, taking art classes since I was very young, and starting again when my youngest went to kindergarten around 14 years ago!  This is when I discovered the joy of oil painting with local artist Maura Matthews, who remains my teacher and mentor. My artwork celebrates landscapes, local scenes, beloved pets, and places near and far—both visited and dreamed-of. My paintings are inspired by the people, places, and moments I love.
